Algerian Government Scholarships in Vocational Training for Namibian Students (2025 Session)
The Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Windhoek is delighted to announce the availability of fully-funded scholarships for Namibian students in the field of Vocational Training for the September 2026 session.
This initiative offers Namibian students the chance to acquire specialized professional skills at various Institutes of Vocational Education across Algeria (Boumerdès, Sétif, Annaba, Constantine, Oran, Tipaza, Batna, and Algiers).
🛠️ AVAILABLE SPECIALTIES (Examples) The scholarship covers a wide range of technical and professional programs. Available specialties include, but are not limited to:

Computer Science: Databases, Web & Mobile Application Development, Network Administration.

Graphic Industries: Graphic Design, Layout Artist, Study and Production of Printed Products.

Industrial Maintenance: Mechanics, Steel Industry, Automation Control.

📋 Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must hold a Secondary Education Baccalaureate.

This call is open to current-year students (2025) and previous years.
✨ Benefits: Successful candidates will benefit from:

Free, high-quality professional training.

Free accommodation and subsistence throughout their stay in Algeria.

Language Training: One free year of language training (French) offered by the Government of Algeria prior to starting the program (Note: Most courses are taught in French, with some options in English).

Financial Grant: Students will receive a grant equivalent to that provided to Algerian students.

Copy of the Baccalaureate certificate and transcript.

Copy of the passport (Bio-data page).
