Algerian Government Academic Scholarships for Namibian Students (2025 Session)
The Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Windhoek is delighted to announce the availability of fully-funded scholarships for Namibian students for the upcoming academic session. This initiative offers Namibian students the chance to pursue high-quality education at Algerian higher education institutions.

Available Academic Programs: Namibian students can apply for the following degrees:

Bachelor’s Degree LMD (bac+3)
-
Engineering (bac+5)
-
Medical Sciences: Medicine (bac+7), Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy (bac+6)

Veterinary Sciences (bac+6)
-
Architecture (bac+5)
Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must hold a Foreign Baccalaureate from the current academic year (2025) or the previous year (2024).
Benefits: Successful candidates will enjoy:

Free, high-quality education.

Free accommodation and subsistence throughout their stay in Algeria.

Language Training: One free year of language training (French or Arabic) offered by the Government of Algeria prior to starting the degree program.
- Namibian students will receive a financial grant equivalent to that provided to Algerian students, and the amount varies depending on the level of study
Required Documents for Application: Applicants must prepare scanned copies (PDF, JPG, PNG) of the following:

Copy of the Baccalaureate certificate and transcript.

Medical certificate/file.

Birth certificate.

Copy of the passport (Bio-data page).

One (01) recent passport-sized photograph.
